CENSOF Holdings Bhd said that its subsidiary, Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract with Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) to replace and implement a new accounting system, known as the government resource planning (GRP) system.
The RM4.3 million project includes a 12-month implementation phase followed by a 12-month warranty and four years of yearly subscriptions.
The transition to a cloud-based infrastructure aims to enhance KWAP’s operational efficiency, scalability, and flexibility while improving transparency and accountability.
The GRP system integrates financial management, human resources, procurement, and reporting tools, ensuring real-time access to data and supporting data-driven decisions.
The system also complies with stringent security standards, including ISO 27001:2013 certifications.
