T7 Global Bhd, through its subsidiary Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a five-year contract by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of Pan-Malaysia Offshore maintenance, construction, modification (MCM), and hook-up & commissioning (HUC) services for the Peninsular Malaysia Asset (Package C1).

The contract, effective September 27, 2024, includes manpower, tools, equipment, and materials, with options for an additional 5-year extension.

While the contract will not affect share capital or shareholder structure, it is expected to positively impact the company’s earnings and net assets from FY2024 onwards. — TMR
