EXSIM Hospitality Bhd said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn. Bhd. (ECSB), has accepted a work order (WO) from Intim Reno Sdn Bhd (IRSB) for the renovation of 62 office units at Exsim Tower, located at Millerz Square in Kuala Lumpur. 

The contract is valued at RM20.98 million, with completion expected in three months. 

The renovation work includes a six-month defect liability period. 

This project is anticipated to positively impact the company’s financials, enhancing net assets per share, earnings per share, and gearing. — TMR
