TANCO Holdings Bhd said that its 79%-owned subsidiary, Midports Holdings Sdn Bhd (MHSB), has today entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with COSCO Shipping Ports Limited (CSP) to explore potential cooperation for the operations and management of MHSB’s proposed Smart AI Container Port project at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
The MoU outlines the intention of both parties to discuss the port project, but it is not a binding agreement.
The partnership aims to establish a strategic relationship with CSP, a leading global port logistics service provider. –TMR
