Cloudpoint bags RM33.6m contract for integrated service management automation

CLOUDPOINT Technology Bhd’s subsidiary, Cloudpoint Solutions Sdn Bhd, has received a letter of award from a local bank for the implementation of ServiceNow’s Integrated Service Management Automation (ISMA) solutions.

The contract, valued at RM33.6 million, includes services, cloud subscriptions, software licenses, and warranty support over a period of three years.

The project is expected to contribute positively to Cloudpoint’s earnings starting in the 2024 financial year. — TMR
