ALLIANZ Life Insurance (M) Bhd’s the Kingmaker project is set to develop a new generation of agents, with plans to double business performance over the next five years, while improving customer experience and securing Malaysians’ futures.
Allianz Life CEO Charles Ong said the project includes significant investments in digital tools such as Allianz 360 for agents and MyAllianz for customers, designed to enhance satisfaction and address concerns.
“At Allianz Life, customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to breaking down barriers, improving attentiveness and delivering exceptional service by strengthening the professionalism of our agents,” he said in a statement.
To support this vision, Allianz Life provides its Life Changers with top-tier training through programmes like the Pinnacle Excellence Programme with INSEAD, Allianz Masterclass with Sandro Forte and Kinder Brothers International Professional Patterns of Leadership.
Additionally, the company is focused on developing sustainable products for various life stages, including Allianz EverLink Plus and Allianz EverLink Signature, which offer high-coverage protection for needs such as estate planning.
“Joining Allianz Life Changer is not just starting a job; it is the beginning of a career that empowers you to deliver personalised and impactful service to every customer,” Ong added.
Allianz Life has also partnered Allianz General Insurance Co (M) Bhd in the One Allianz campaign, offering exclusive benefits to One Allianz customers on eligible product purchases.
Allianz Life offers a clear pathway into the life insurance industry through initiatives like the Allianz CEO Programme, a 24-month programme that fast-tracks success as a Life Changer with financial support of up to RM12,000.
Ong said becoming an Allianz Life Changer means joining a passionate community of professionals and a global network that values innovation, integrity and the importance of financial security.
In 2023, Allianz Life demonstrated its commitment to career growth with a 51.9% increase in recruitment, raising the number of new agents from 1,417 at the end of 2022 to 2,152, bringing the total to 5,971.
