DSR Taiko considers transfer to ACE Market following shareholder request

DSR Taiko Bhd, a durian plantation company listed on Bursa Malaysia’s LEAP Market, announced that it is considering a transfer to the ACE Market at the request of its major shareholders and directors, Datuk Ng Lian Poh and Ng Soh Kian, who hold 34.72% and 31.8% stakes, respectively.

It told the stock exchange in a filing today that its board, excluding the duo, will review the proposal.

DSR Taiko operates across the durian agribusiness value chain, from cultivation to retail and durian-based product manufacturing. — TMR
