TCS Group Holdings Bhd (TCS) has bagged a RM86.4 million contract to construct 60 units two-storey semi-detached factories and four units of double chamber substation at Elmina Business Park in Rawang, Selangor.

The contract, to be undertaken by its wholly-owned subsidiary TCS Construction Sdn Bhd, was awarded by Sime Darby Property Bhd.
 
It was scheduled to start on Dec 5, 2024 and complete by Dec 4, 2026, the company said in an exchange filing today (Nov 5).

The group’s share price closed unchanged at 16 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM96 million. — TMR
