For a more personal experience, the flagship True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds, the JBL Tour Pro 3, which is the first TWS with Auracast, was showcased at the roadshow. It is equipped with a Smart Charging Case with a feature-rich touch-screen, Real-Time True Adaptive Noise Cancelling and a new audio transmitter for in-flight.
Meanwhile, JBL Malaysia business development manager Mitchell Wong remarked that the technological advancements of the JBL Tour Pro 3 offer a feature-rich, fully customisable system.
“The JBL Tour Pro 3 is the flagship TWS earbud from JBL, with the latest audio technology like the JBL Spatial 360 with Head Tracking, True Adaptive Noise Cancellation 2.0 and the first dual driver earbud,” said Wong.
The dual-driver design in the JBL Tour Pro 3 enhances audio performance, reducing distortion and improving sound clarity. The True Adaptive Noise Cancellation 2.0 system monitors and recalibrates over 50,000 times per second, recalibrating to adapt to environmental changes and compensating for sound leakage.
The earbuds also ship with five additional ear-tip options – four silicon and one foam — for enhanced comfort and fit. Available in two colours, black and latte, the JBL Tour Pro 3’s smart case screen can be personalised with a photo and wallpaper and it also supports 13 languages.
This writer has tried and tested this product and one thing that stood out the most was its high-quality voice call feature. For those who love to talk for hours on the phone, this is highly recommended. It also sits snugly and securely in the ears.
Not to mention, its noise-cancelling option is great for music lovers. Overall, the writer was impressed with its good sound quality and clarity.
Another product that stood out was the Tour One M2, which is a wireless over-ear headphone. With built-in JBL Pro Sound, True Adaptive Noise Cancelling features, 4-mic technology, 50 hours of playtime with ambient awareness and TalkThru.
True Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology automatically uses four noise sensing mics to adjust to your surroundings in real-time, minimising distractions when the wearer needs to focus as well as the ability to adjust the Active Noise Cancellation mode control
with the JBL Headphones app. In addition, the 4-mic crystal call algorithm of the headphones allows the wearer to have better conversations even in loud or windy environments or to get help from your preferred voice assistant. With VoiceAware, the wearer can choose how much of their own voice to hear by controlling the amount of mic input routed back into their headphones.
The product also features Smart Ambient technology, which allows the wearer to control the ambient sound levels and turn the Personal Sound Amplification button on through the JBL Headphones App to boost the conversation volume with +15-20dB and adjust the L/R balance.
This writer enjoyed this product; the music produced a sound so rich and immersive that, for a moment, the writer felt as though she was in her mini-private concert. For those looking to enjoy high-quality headphones, this is worth a try.
This product is currently priced at RM1,699.
However, don’t just take this writer’s word for it, those interested can come down to the roadshow and try out the products.
