Construction company Tuju Setia Bhd has bagged a RM411 million construction contract which included building two blocks of 45-storey serviced apartments in Kelana Jaya, Selangor.

In an exchange filing today, it said its wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuju Setia Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Sunway Serene Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway Bhd for the Sunway Serene 2 development project.

The project included the construction of two blocks of 45-storey serviced apartments, rooftop garden, nine-storey of podium car parks as well as facilities floor, link residential units and a guardhouse at PT 5224, Jalan SS8/2, Kelana Jaya, Bandar Petaling Jaya in Selangor.

The contract runs for 40 months from a commencement date that it is to be advised, it said.

The group shares were unchanged at 24 sen with market capitalisation of RM73 million. – TMR
