Kimlun Corp Bhd has been awarded a contract worth RM128.52 million to upgrade a key stretch of the Senai-Desaru Expressway.

In an exchange filing today (Nov 1), the engineering and construction services provider said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd was awarded the contract by Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd to upgrade the expressway from Jambatan Sg. Johor (Km 49.3) to Sg. Semenchu (Km 58.7).

The project, involving design and construction, was set to be completed by the second quarter of 2027, it said.

Kimlun share price closed at RM1.37 today, down 5 sen or 3.52%, valuing the group at RM484 million. – TMR
