Critical Holdings bags RM62.5m contract from IJM Corp

CRITICAL Holdings Bhd has been awarded a RM62.5 million contract by IJM Corp Bhd.

The contract involves the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services for a new semiconductor plant located at Batu Kawan Bandar Cassia Technology Park in Prai, Penang.

The facility is owned by a prominent US-based multinational corporation.

The project is expected to be completed by August 2025 and will positively impact the company’s earnings and net assets throughout the contract period.

Critical Holdings ED and CEO, Tan Si Lim, stated that this contract aligns with the company’s growth strategy of pursuing larger-scale projects.

This award follows a recent contract win for RM82 million last month, further emphasising Critical Holdings’ commitment to expanding its project portfolio. — TMR
