In a statement today, Felda highlighted Amiruddin’s leadership, characterised by a strong commitment to navigating challenges, particularly during the post-COVID-19 recovery phase.
During his time in office, Amiruddin spearheaded significant initiatives, including the White Paper: Towards the Sustainability of Felda, which introduced a New Felda Model aimed at strengthening the organisation while providing direct benefits to settlers and the broader community.
Felda noted that he also played a vital role in restoring its financial stability through effective management strategies.
“His firm approach to cost control and operational efficiency has restored Felda to a stable footing. He also emphasised the importance of developing a holistic ecosystem that incorporates operational efficiency and resource management, ensuring sustainable and resilient long-term growth for Felda,” the statement said.
