KIMLUN Corp Bhd has won a RM128.13 million contract to build a residential development in Johor Bahru.

The contract, awarded by Tanah Sutera Development Sdn Bhd to its subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd, is divided into two sections.

The first, worth RM57.86 million, is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026, while the second, valued at RM70.27 million, will be finished within 21 months of starting.

Kimlun’s shares fell by 1.44% to RM1.37 today , with a market capitalization of RM484.11 million. –TMR
