DIALOG Group Bhd reported a 9% increase in net profit to RM138.4 million for its fourth quarter ended June 30, 2024 (4Q24), driven by higher production from its upstream activities.
Quarterly revenue grew 17.4% to RM810.1 million, it told the stock exchange today.
The company declared a final dividend of 2.8 sen, bringing the total FY2024 dividend to 4.3 sen, up from 3.7 sen the previous year.
For the full year, Dialog’s net profit increased 12.6% to RM575 million, with revenue rising 5% to RM3.15 billion.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its upstream and midstream operations, including rejuvenating O&G fields and expanding capacity at Pengerang Deepwater Terminals.
Dialog is also investing RM250 million in expanding its fabrication facilities and entering the renewable fuel storage market.
Despite global uncertainties, Dialog remains optimistic about its performance in FY2025.
Shares closed 1.97% lower at RM2.49, giving a market capitalisation of RM14.06 billion. — TMR
