WILLOWGLEN MSC Bhd has clinched a RM27.82 million contract from Kadenko Co Ltd, Singapore, for the provision of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and condition monitoring system, as well as monitoring and control network services.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Willowglen, which specialises in the research, development, and supply of computer-based control systems, announced that the contract will commence on August 7, 2024, and is scheduled for completion by May 30, 2028.
The company stated, “The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending December 31, 2024, to 2028.”
The contract is non-renewable, and the associated risks are considered normal business risks.
Willowglen MSC’s share price increased 1.56% to 32.5 sen today with the market capitalisation of RM161.20 million. — TMR
