HAILY Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a RM76.65 million contract by Razin Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Kews Senibong Sdn Bhd.

The contract involves constructing 171 link houses in Pulai, Johor Bahru, and is divided into two phases.

Phase 1A, scheduled to begin on July 16, 2024, will be completed by March 15, 2025.

Phase 1B is slated to start within nine months from the commencement of Phase 1A and will conclude within 22 months thereafter.

According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, its board anticipates that the project will significantly enhance Haily Group’s earnings and net assets over its duration, barring any substantial delays. — TMR
