LEAP Market debutant Total Dynamic to expand integrated logistics management system offering

TECHNOLOGY company Total Dynamic Holdings Bhd is the latest entrant to the Leap Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

In its debut yesterday (May 27), Dynamic’s shares opened at a price of 27.5 sen, representing a 37.5% premium over its listing reference price of 20 sen per share, giving it a market capitalisation of RM68.75 million.

Dynamic is principally involved in the development and provision of integrated logistics management systems and related services.

Its head office operations and central monitoring system are based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan with sales and service centres located in Butterworth, Klang, Chemor, Kuantan and Skudai.

It offers fleet management solutions known as “TDT GPS” comprising a suite of cloud-based fleet management software applications to track, monitor and manage information on commercial vehicles and their drivers as well as immobile assets in real time using global positioning system (GPS) technology.

It also provides a logistics and warehouse management solution known as “Dynamic Move” to its customers which are mainly operating in the transportation and logistics sector.

The company has successfully raised RM5.01 million via a private placement exercise, which will be utilised to strengthen its IT capabilities, including to set up a new server infrastructure at its alternate data centre in Cyberjaya as well as to expand its sales and marketing activities, with the opening of three new sales and service centres in Melaka, Kota Kinabalu and Alor Setar this year.

Dynamic executive chairman Alex Wong Chew Fong said the company was a growing technology company focusing on offering integrated logistics management system (ILMS) and related services.

“We aim to further develop and enhance our solutions by enhancing the automation and artificial intelligence (AI) features to improve the user-friendliness and efficiency to our customers,” he said in a statement. – TMR
