SOLARVEST Holdings Bhd has secured a contract from Scientex Bhd to install rooftop solar panels at eight locations in Malaysia, valued at RM40.40 million.

Solarvest’s subsidiary, Solarvest Energy Sdn Bhd (SESB), has entered into an engineering, procurement, construction, and commission agreement (EPCC) with Scientex for the installation of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, totaling approximately 21 megawatt peaks (MWp).

The project is anticipated to have a positive impact on Solarvest Group’s net assets and earnings per share for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2025. — TMR
