PETRONAS Lubricants International and Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts are teaming up to create technical solutions to improve vehicle performance and efficiency in the automotive After-Sales sector.

Drawing on their expertise, the two companies will utilise digitalisation strategies, tailored market approaches, extensive global partnerships, and initiatives focused on achieving carbon neutrality to provide greater value to customers in the sector.

Director of Service & Parts Business and Warranty & Goodwill Mercedes-Benz Cars Andreas Jörg emphasised Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to customer satisfaction and the development of high-performing, innovative, and sustainable products for vehicles.

On the other hand, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Petronas Lubricants International Hezlinn Idris reaffirmed their commitment to delivering innovative solutions tailored to advanced engine technologies and the high-performance driving needs of customers.
