HAILY Group Bhd has clinched a construction contract worth RM59.4 million for Phase 6A development in Bandar Jaya Putra, Johor Bahru.

The contract, awarded to its subsidiary Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, involves building double-storey terrace houses and a main switch station.

The contract encompasses the construction of 165 units of double-storey terrace houses Type A, 55 units of double-storey terrace houses Type B, and 1 unit of a main switch station.

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the earnings and net assets of Haily Group over the project duration. — TMR
