MGB Bhd’s subsidiary, MGB Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd, has received a RM207.30 million contract from Astana Modal Sdn Bhd for a development project in Puchong, Selangor. 

The project involves two phases, including the construction of service apartments and podium blocks. 

Commencing in June 2024 and February 2025, the project will utilise MGB’s IBS precast concrete panels. 

With this contract, MGB’s order book reaches RM1.27 billion, ensuring steady earnings until 2027. — TMR
