No end to the West’s disgusting Gaza policy

The ICJ claimed that it had made a historic verdict against Israel, but it won’t provide any protection to Palestinians

ANY decent human being would’ve felt utterly revulsed by the Western countries’ latest ignominious act of cutting funds to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).

At the same time the murderous terrorist regime Israel was put on the dock at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on accusations of genocide, the complicit terrorist-funding states of the US, the UK and their malevolent cabal swiftly suspended their funding to UNRWA, the moment the lying war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu spewed another filth accusation linking the Hamas resistance to the agency established to protect the Palestinians.

Does Biden, Sunak et al think that the world had forgotten Netanyahu’s lies about Al-Ahli Hospital bombing which killed 471 innocent lives in early October? The Zionist regime promptly claimed that it was “rockets misfiring” from Palestinian resistance, shamelessly producing a doctored post-produced video evidence, but parroted by the Western leaders nevertheless to absolve the terrorist state from blame.

Four months on, all of the 35 hospitals in Gaza have been decimated, with 21 completely destroyed and only 14 minimally functioning.

Netanyahu couldn’t even be bothered to lie about the other hospitals anymore, as the evidences were morbidly clear. Based on Israel’s own cowardly army’s admission, they have dropped more than 25,000 tonnes of explosives on Gaza in the first month of the attack alone.

It is now 119 days at the time of writing.

More than 27,270 Palestinians has been murdered, including more than 10,000 children and 7,000 women.

Another 8,000 are presumed dead under the ruins of a city, destroyed, as in the words of a news agency, “as far as the eye can see.

”With more than 360,000 homes, or over half of residences in Gaza, destroyed, 1.7 million of its 2.3 million citizens are now living in refugee camps.

Almost all 378 educational facilities and 221 places of worship in Gaza are either partially or completely destroyed.

What structure or living creature would anyone expect to be spared when the terrorist state pummelled the tiny 41km by 11km piece of most densely populated land on earth with more than 120,000 tonnes of explosives, the destructive power of which is equivalent to nine nuclear bombs?

In less than four months, Israel has even surpassed the US’ own clandestine bombing of the whole state of Cambodia between February 1969 and April 1970 in operations involving 110,000 tonnes of explosives.

And yet, not a single solid international movement could be made to stop the manically genocidal Israel from continuing its slaughter. The ICJ claimed that it had made a historic verdict against Israel, but it won’t provide any protection to Palestinians.

The UN, despite the best efforts of its secretary general and agencies, is reduced to mere puppet of the real master — the US — who has unequivocally shielded Israel from any resolutions passed by the so-called world body. From UN’s own data, US has blocked at least all 56 UN Security Council resolutions that were remotely critical of Israel since 1972.

The US can give thousands of ridiculous excuses to protect its rabid dog state of Israel but the speed of its action to immediately stop the funding for UNRWA without substantiating Netanyahu’s lies was telling.

The UNRWA was established by the UN in 1949 to provide relief to Palestinians ethnically cleansed from their land by Zionist militant terrorists weaponised by the Western powers to facilitate the creation of Israel a year earlier.

In Gaza, since Israel imposed an apartheid and military blockade in 2007, UNRWA’s 13,000 staff members of physicians, nurses, logisticians, engineers etc is the only party capable of providing effective humanitarian relief for millions of Palestinians in the strip.

UNRWA operates eight huge refugee camps in Gaza, housing hundreds of thousand citizens, which were directly attacked at least 270 times since the Israelis’ increased aggressions in October.
There are more than 65,949
injured Gazans within the population of 2.3 million totally displaced people deliberately deprived by Israel of water, food, medicine and aid.

The world must see that the ending the functionality of UNRWA, the only lifeline left in the besieged concentration camp, constitutes nothing less that handing a death sentence upon Gaza.

The West clearly has not a single ounce of regard for Gazan life.
