Ramssol Group, through its subsidiary Rams Solutions, has secured an exclusive distributorship agreement with Laiye Pte Ltd for the distribution of AI-Robotic Process Automation (AI-RPA) software in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian markets.

RAMS will serve as the exclusive distributor and service partner, responsible for sales, marketing, branding, and support services.

The partnership is expected to generate revenue of US$3 million, with US$0.8 million from license sales and US$2.2 million from service revenue.

The collaboration aims to provide tailored automation solutions and support to customers.

The agreement reflects Ramssol’s successful track record in rolling out Laiye’s AI-RPA products in Malaysia.

With Laiye’s technology, Ramssol plans to expand its presence in Southeast Asia and meet the increasing demand for digital transformation.

The partnership aligns with Ramssol’s efforts to expand its IT services and enhance its financial performance.

Ramssol shares half up half a sen or 1.54 5 to close at 33 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM81 million. –TMR
