Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd, currently in liquidation, has announced a delay in the issuance of its quarterly financial report for the period ending March 31, 2023.

As per the requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities, the company is obligated to release the interim financial report within two months after the end of each quarter.

However, due to a significant loss of manpower and critical personnel, the company is unable to meet the deadline.

“The delay in the issuance of the Quarterly Report is due to a significant loss of manpower and loss of critical personnel.

The board would like to stress that they are taking serious steps toward identifying suitable replacement candidates to rectify these issues.,” it told the exchange today.

Serba Dinamik expects to release the delayed quarterly report no later than June 7, 2023. –TMR
