VSTECS Bhd will now distribute Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Huawei Malaysia) digital data center facility products and services.

In a statement today, the ICT distributor said its unit, VSTECS Pericomp Sdn Bhd, signed the agreement whereby it intends to continue to promote and sell Huawei’s data center facility products and solutions for the development of intelligent, efficient and sustainable data centers.

It said that Huawei offers energy-efficient, scalable, reliable, secure, and flexible solutions, meeting most businesses’ needs.

Leveraging each other’s strengths, VSTECS said the partnership is expected to provide highly competitive services across the industry.

VSTECS CEO JH Soong said the company is enhancing its power solutions portfolio through the new distributorship and will be adding more green, renewable energy products and solutions in the near future.

Meanwhile, Huawei Malaysia digital power business VP Chong Chern Peng said he looks forward to continuing working together with VSTECS in promoting data center facilities and further expanding the solar industry across Malaysia. – TMR
