CAM Resources Bhd’s wholly owned unit, Central Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd (CPOMSB), is buying a 3.83ha agricultural land in Jebong, Perak, for RM6.15 million.

In a stock exchange filing yesterday, it said CPOMSB had yesterday entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with four individuals.

CAM Resources, which expects the acquisition to be completed by the second quarter of 2023, said the land is for its future business expansion use. — TMR / pic source: camres.com.my
