KWAP’s direct and indirect stakes in TNB rise to 6.82% and 0.52% respectively
THE Retirement Fund Inc (KWAP) has raised both its direct and indirect stakes in Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) to 6.82% and 0.52% respectively.
According to TNB’s Bursa Malaysia filings yesterday, KWAP’s direct stake in TNB rose to 6.82% comprising 392.15 million shares as of Jan 27, while its indirect stake rose 0.52% to 30.16 million shares.
The national utility’s share price closed 0.42% or four sen lower at RM9.51 yesterday, valuing the group at RM54.71 billion. — TMR / pic TMR File
