KUALA LUMPUR – Crest Builder Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM478.89 million contract from Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Crest Builder said the contract was to develop two blocks of condominiums with a car park podium and retail units at Desa Parkcity, Kuala Lumpur.

It said the 39-month contract would be from May 5, 2023 to Aug 4, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023 and onwards,” it added. – Bernama / pic TMR File
