Haily Group nets RM52m housing project in JB

HAILY Group Bhd’s unit, Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, has today accepted a RM52 million contract to build 283 units of double-storey terrace houses in Johor Baru, Johor.

In a stock exchange filing today, Haily said it received the letter of award (LoA) from Meridin East Sdn Bhd. 

Phase 1 of the contract includes 128 units of 20′ X 70′ double-storey terrace houses, while Phase 2 includes 155 units of 20′ X 70′ double-storey terrace houses. 

The contract is a “Firm Price Contract” and work is expected to start no later than March 31, 2023 and Sept 30, 2023 respectively for Phases 1 and 2.
