Kelantan civil servants to get special aid of RM1,500 – Deputy MB

KOTA BHARU – The Kelantan government has announced a special assistance of RM1,500 for each civil servant in the state, Deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah announced.

The payment will be disbursed in January next year.

“The government has agreed to give the special financial assistance, which involves an allocation of RM13 million. This is the highest assistance ever given by the state government following a budget surplus recorded for five consecutive years.

“This is also to appreciate the commitment and determination of government employees who have worked hard to ensure that our finances are in good shape,” he said at the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly sitting in Kota Darulnaim here today. – Bernama
