DHL Express Malaysia will be adjusting its delivery charges by 7.9% in Malaysia beginning Jan 1, 2023, to invest in better solutions.

According to MD Julian Neo, with this annual price adjustment, the logistics company is able to invest in its infrastructure and technology to ensure resilient, sustainable and world-class customer solutions.

“It includes state-of-the-art aircraft and vehicles, expanding our hubs and gateways to meet increasing customer demand and investing in green and more sustainable solutions, such as sustainable aviation fuel and electric vehicles,” he said in a statement.

Despite a challenging and volatile market environment, the company is still able to offer stable and reliable services to its customers internationally.

These prices have been adjusted annually, based on the country’s inflation and currency dynamics and administrative costs related to regulatory and security measures.

They are regularly updated by national and international authorities in DHL Express’ 220 countries and territories.
