Journify records more than RM10m sales after a year

The mobile app has provided a platform for both small, local and companies to market their products as a comprehensive service to their travel ecosystem

MALAYSIA Airlines Group (MAG) records RM10 million in sales from its Journify mobile app, after a year of its launch.

MAG chief marketing officer and customer experience Lau Yin May said Journify has placed more than 100 dealers with more than 5,000 products, including in-house products of talent and local brands that they are proud to work with.

She said Journify has provided a platform for both small, local and companies to market their products as a comprehensive service to their travel ecosystem.

“We’ve garnered over one million downloads for our app, and delivered a structured experience for our airport passengers through the first-of-its-kind Journify2U service, and we look forward to celebrating more accomplishments in the years to come.

“This is just the beginning of our journey and we continue to build our platform to make travel and lifestyle a seamless and cohesive experience,” she added.

Journify celebrates its one-year anniversary with “Birthday Bash” promotion by offering 30% off to its members, double Enrich Points and free shipping, supported by its logistics partner, DHL, on all purchases made via its online platform until July 31, 2022.

Those who sign up to Journify during this promotion period will automatically become an Enrich member and earn 300 Bonus Enrich Points when they make their first purchase on Journify, and the points earned can also be used to redeem various travel and lifestyle rewards on the platform and beyond.

If customers choose not to sign up, they can still shop on Journify and checkout as a guest to enjoy 10% off their purchases during this promotion period.

Lau added that Journify is bringing the celebration on-ground, which will operate from 10am to 10pm daily, to further extend the excitement with plenty of fun activities to enjoy and be rewarded when they shop with Journify.

Brands participating in this five-day event include Tiarasa Escapes, PenanLab, F&N Creameries, Karyaneka, 3Rituals, Batik Boutique, Little Joe, Kantin Lab and MAG’s own Firefly, Enrich and Malaysia Airlines — where the airline is offering 20% off on its flights exclusively during this promotion period.
