KERJAYA Prospek Group Bhd has exceeded its 2022 contract targets of RM1.2 billion with the newly-acquired contract from Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd worth RM154.7 million.
The contract entails the development of a 39-storey apartment at Lorong Maarof, Bangsar. Construction will begin in July 2022 for a duration of 35 months.
The project is the group’s fourth contract for the year and strengthens its total outstanding orderbook to RM4.3 billion, providing earnings visibility for the next five years.
Kerjaya CEO Tee Eng Tiong, said being able to surpass its initial target orderbook replenishment of RM1.2 billion for 2022 in just six months showed ability secure new contracts despite the weak market sentiment.
The company has revised its target wins for the year to RM1.5 billion.
