CO-OPBANK Pertama (CBP) will increase its personal financing limit for its Pembiayaan Peribadi-i Al-Yaseer customers up to RM400,000 in the near future to meet their demands.
According to its CEO Khairil Anuar Mohammad Anuar, the new maximum limit will enhance the bank’s business portfolio by focusing on their customer segment while also maintaining their existing customers.
“Furthermore, it is also one of the branding activities to put CBP in line with competitors in the market as well as provide facilities for customers to consolidate their commitment in CBP,” he said in a statement.
Currently, CBP has two more personal financing schemes (Pembiayaan Peribadi-i) which are Pembiayaan Peribadi-i Lestari (Sustainable Personal Financing) and Pembiayaan Peribadi-i Profesional (Professional Personal Financing) where they are both only limited up to RM200,000.
Khairil Anuar also mentioned that this new financing limit through the Pembiayaan Peribadi-i Al-Yaseer scheme will attract new high-income customers who need personal financing with a larger amount.
Moreover, CBP also offers other Shariah-compliant financing services for housing, real estate, cooperatives, corporations and Ar-Rahnu as well as writing for wills.
