THE Italian Trade Agency (ITA) will once again be showcasing Italy’s best at the Biennial Defence Services Asia (DSA) exhibition and conference after a four-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
As one of the most recognised defence systems in the world, ITA will showcase the best defence system Italy has to offer.
Touted to be a first-rate defence and national security event, the 17th DSA 2022 will be hosted, supported and co-organised by the Defence and the Home ministries of Malaysia.
The conference will be themed “Advancing into a New Era of Defence and Security” and the organisers are expecting more than 5,000 trade visitors from more than 50 countries and regions.
The Italian Pavilion will be well represented by the leader of Italian defence weaponry with 18 participating companies showcasing their cutting-edge technologies pertaining to defence and security.
Its pavilion will feature state-of-the-art cybersecurity and the latest in unmanned aerial vehicles, among others. It is an opportune time to get a closer look at Italian defence systems up close and see why Italy has always been at the forefront of global defence.
Among the companies exhibiting under the Italian Trade Agency banner, are AREA, experts in technological solutions for security and investigations; Civitanavi Systems who designs, develops and manufactures solutions for inertial navigation, georeference and stabilisation systems, as well as Eurocontrol SpA, manufacturer of electromechanical and mechatronic applications.
Other leading Italian companies include Leonardo SPA, Electronica SPA, GEM Electronica, Feedback Italia, ICS Technologies Srl, and many more.
The 17th DSA 2022 from March 28 to March 31 will be held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
