BOUSTEAD Properties Berhad (Boustead Properties) has entered a collaboration with Maybank Islamic to offer HouzKEY programme as another financing solution to potential homeowners.

HouzKEY financing solutions are currently being offered for Mutiara Hills in Semenyih, One Cochrane Residences in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and Mutiara Rini in Johor.

“We are cognisant of the impact of the pandemic on homeownership and firmly believe that our partnership with Maybank Islamic is the right move to enable more potential homeowners to successfully buy a house thanks to the HouzKEY programme,” Boustead Properties Berhad Chief Operating Officer Eason Phan said in a statement yesterday.

“Not only can these buyers now have a property that will fulfil the multifaceted needs of a home in current times, with HouzKEY, they will be better equipped to fulfil their financing obligations over the long term. Ultimately, this will also allow younger buyers to finally attain their dream home,” he said.

The programme will enable qualified Boustead Properties homeowners to take advantage of HouzKEY’s 100% financing without the need for down payments and with low monthly payments because of its competitive home financing rates. There will also be zero payments required during the project construction period.

Spanning over 1,200 acres of prime land, Mutiara Hills is an integrated smart township development that will comprise residential, commercial, and retail properties when completed.

Meanwhile, the mainly residential township of Mutiara Rini, located within Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, is Boustead Properties’ flagship development.

According to Boustead Properties, the One Cochrane Residences has already seen a take-up rate of 74% since its launch in 2018.
