HILTON launched its marketing campaign “To New Memories” which is aimed to encourage customers to make new memories with the hotel.
The campaign has kickstarted in Malaysia, the Philippines and Sri Lanka yesterday which includes digital and social content.
According to Hilton Regional GM, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Maldives (Full Service) Jamie Mead, they want to ensure that they are prepared to help guests on making new memories.
“This campaign marks a significant milestone in our strong recovery progress in Malaysia, which can be attributed to our guests’ utmost confidence and trust in Hilton,” he said in a statement.
It is in response to its research insights where most countries have resumed travelling and tourism activities.
The hotel conglomerate revealed that Hilton’s customers have decided to spend their time with their friends and family members in its hotels.
Such new programmes and protocols have also been included such as “Hilton CleanStay” which partnered with MayoClinic and Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, “Hilton EventReady” which is designed to create clean, flexible, safe and socially responsible events as well as having flexible reservation and cancellation policies.
Malaysia’s participating hotels are Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Petaling Jaya, Hilton Kuching, Hilton Kota Kinabalu, DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Baru, DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka, DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang, Hilton Garden Inn Puchong, Hilton Garden Inn Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman North and Hilton Garden Inn Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman South.
