KUALA LUMPUR – Maxis Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (MBSB), has issued three series of Sukuk Murabahah amounting to RM1.1 billion in nominal value pursuant to its unrated Sukuk Murabahah programme.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Maxis said the 11th series Sukuk Murabahah amounted to RM150 million in nominal value and its maturity date is on Jan 4, 2027.

The telecommunications provider said the 12th series Sukuk Murabahah amounted to RM600 million in nominal value while the 13th Sukuk Murabahah has a nominal value of RM350 million.

“The 12th and 13th series Sukuk Murabahah’s maturity dates are on Jan 3, 2029 and Jan 3, 2030, respectively,” it said.
