SELANGOR State Development Corp (PKNS) unveils its newly built project, the Rafflesia 2 in Bernam Jaya, targeting professional individuals and newly married couples as its potential buyers.

The project encompasses a two-storey terrace house consisting of 87 units with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM37 million.

For Rafflesia 2, PKNS offers three types of layouts with build dimensions starting from 1,615 sq ft and will go on sale at RM411,300 starting price per unit with connectivity between two main roads which is the Kuala Lumpur-Ipoh Federal Road and the North-South Expressway.

PKNS CEO Datuk Mahmud Abbas (picture) is positive that the project will receive an encouraging response due to its strategic location in Kuala Kalumpang, Hulu Selangor, surrounded with green scenery and calming surroundings.

“Prospective buyers of this project will enjoy free legal fee and MOT’s stamp duty, as well as a 10% discount for the purchase of the first PKNS project and an additional 2% for existing buyers,” Mahmud said at the recent launching event.

He believes Rafflesia 2 will be the perfect residence for both newly married couples and professional individuals who are seeking an escape out of the steel jungle.

Besides that, the residence will also be flanked with the development of other PKNS projects such as Dillenia and Kamelia Residensi.

In conjunction with the launch, PKNS is holding a lucky draw contest to 24 lucky contestants to

win prizes worth up to RM80,000 including the grand prize of RM20,000 cash. Additionally, PKNS also offers a “Referral Programme” for its first 10 buyers to get an incentive of RM1,000 for each customer brought by them according to the terms and conditions set.
