Affin Bank Bhd (Affin Bank) to issue a total of 30,000 cards in the first year of its latest dual credit card, Affin DUO+.
Affin Bank President and GCEO, Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah Wan Ali said the bank has successfully issued 60,000 Affin DUO credit cards in the past.
“We look forward to acquiring a potential 30,000 cards for Affin Duo+ in the first year of its launch,” he said during the launching ceremony in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
“The mass-affluent segment is the rising, matured and sophisticated customers in the market, and Affin DUO+ has been designed as an elevated win-win proposition in rewarding this segment with every best benefit possible through their spending, which would not require them to spend excessively just to be able to enjoy the best yet at the same time allowing them to save up as much as possible in the long run,” Wan Razly said.
With the launch of Affin DUO+, cardholders will get rewards with the “tap to pay” method at the same time maintaining their safety with contactless payment.
Every applicants will get a pair of AFFIN DUO+ credit card consist of the Affin DUO+ Visa and Affin DUO+ Mastercard; and each will get benefits including the privilege of 3% cash-back of every contactless transaction and earn three times AFFIN rewards points for purchase of traveling matters such as hotel bookings, airline tickets, duty-free shops and overseas merchants, also online and e-commerce transaction.
