By BERNAMA

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 — Social Security Organisation (Socso) contributors can now obtain the latest information on their contributions on the PRIHATIN PERKESO mobile application.

The application provides convenience and digital experience to contributors to get the latest information at their fingertips, covering contributions for the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969; Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 and the Employment Insurance System Act 2017.

Socso, in a statement, said the application can also be used to apply for the Prihatin Employment Insurance System (SIP) 2.0 or Job Search Allowance (EMP) under the People’s Well-Being and Economic Recovery Package (PEMULIH).

“With this application, Socso will continue to strengthen and provide a more comprehensive social protection network to its stakeholders,” read the statement.

The PRIHATIN PERKESO application can be downloaded for free through the App Store and Google Playstore.

The application was officially launched by Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan, in conjunction with the Socso’s 50th Golden Jubilee Gala celebration, tonight.
