THE country’s vaccination programme will be open to non-citizen workers of all sectors in the Klang Valley starting next Monday, Sept 27 to Oct 6.
The Covid-19 Immunisation Special Task Force (CITF) said in a statement today that non-citizen workers can get vaccinated through an appointment or walk-in at the CIDB Convention Centre vaccination centre (PPV CIDB) located at Jalan Cheras, Kuala Lumpur from 9am to 6pm.
“Non-citizens are encouraged to register their names at https://vaccine.cidblink.com/ to get an appointment and to expedite the registration process when they arrive at the PPV CIDB later,” it said.
Registration can be done individually or through their employers. After registration and payment online, they will be given an appointment via email and/or SMS.
The payment is RM90 per person for two injection doses.
For participants who do not register but prefer going to PPV CIDB on a walk-in basis, payment can be made upon arrival subject to vacancy on the day.
However, employers who send more than 10 employees in one day need to send a company representative to manage their employees at the PPV.
“Employers must also ensure that they understand all the processes and forms that need to be filled at the PPV such as digital authorisation forms to facilitate the vaccination process,” it added.
