KUALA LUMPUR – As part of continuous efforts to promote Malaysian capabilities in the construction and building materials sectors, the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) will be organising the participation of Malaysian companies in The Big 5 Dubai Show at Dubai World Trade Centre from Sept 12-15, 2021.

This initiative is to help Malaysian companies recover their export business amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The main objectives of the participation are to promote Malaysian products and services, explore business opportunities as well as collaborate with potential strategic partners in construction-related projects in the Middle East region, MATRADE said in a statement here today.

The Big 5 Dubai is also an ideal platform to showcase Malaysian capabilities in supplying the highest quality building materials, it said.

Besides physically exhibiting at the event, MATRADE will also be conducting online virtual business matchings, or eBizMatch, in conjunction with The Big 5 Dubai 2021 exhibition.

The eBizMatch provides a cost-effective virtual platform for Malaysian companies to meet and discuss with foreign buyers.
