Mah Sing Group Bhd’s affordable residential development in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur – M Arisa, has achieved a 90% take-up rate for the three phases that the developer has launched since 2020.
In a statement today, Mah Sing said the fourth phase of the high-rise development is currently open for sale and it is expecting to be supported by Mah Sing’s campaign that facilitates homeownership through alternative financing means and assistance.
“With the HOC coming to an end on May 31, 2021, and the current low-interest-rate environment, homebuyers should grab this opportunity to quickly secure their ideal home while enjoying the incentives from the government.
“Complementing the HOC, M Arisa is also one of the projects under our “Come Home 2 Mah Sing” Campaign, which offers various benefits including payment-free up to four years and also provides an alternative financing solution, HouzKEY offered by Maybank Islamic to the home buyers who need assistance,” he said in a statement.
M Arisa sits on 3.31 acres of land in Sentul and has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM652 million.
With an urban forest theme, the multi-level sky garden provides residents with the urban amenity concept that encompasses the city landscape and its vegetation.
Mah Sing has recently carried out the topping-out ceremony for its M Centura project in Sentul, which is an RM570 million development also located in Sentul.
“The construction of M Centura has achieved 89% completion and is on track for vacant possession which has been targeted for the fourth quarter of 2021 (4Q21),” said Mah Sing.
The property developer also announced that the M Centura project has recorded over 4.2 million safe man-hours without a lost-time injury, reflecting the group’s commitment to safeguarding the welfare of the workers at its construction site.
