SIME Darby Bhd – through its Motors division unveiled a new automotive retail flagship in Ara Damansara, Selangor worth more than half billion ringgit.
Named as Sime Darby Motors City, the complex sits on a 3.48ha of land, with 1.3 million sq ft will be able to accomodate 180 vehicles in the showrooms, besides 200 service bays for the after sales services market, claimed to be the largest automotive complex in Southeast Asia.
Sime Darby MD Andrew Basham the complex houses six flagship centres featuring ten flagship brands represented by Sime Darby Motors in Malaysia, namely BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover , MINI, Motorrad, Porsche and Volvo.
“As one of the key players in the automotive industry, Sime Darby Motors has always committed to pursuing excellence as we strive to provide world-class services to our customers. The launch of Sime Darby Motors City is a testament to this steadfast commitment,” he said.
Integrated with the latest technologies to enrich the overall customer experience at every touchpoint, the facility is also equipped with 700 customer parking and electric vehicle charging bays.
