KUALA LUMPUR – PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has reopened its food court dining areas at all its rest and service areas (R&Rs), including two overhead bridge restaurants and lay-bys along its highways including the Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 2 (LPT2).

In a statement today, PLUS said the reopening of the dining areas are in line with the government’s announcement which allowed more retail businesses and dine-ins to reopen from Feb 10 with stricter standard operating procedures (SOP) to curb the spread of COVID-19.

“As such, PLUS advises all customers to comply with the SOP which allows 2 persons per dining table with one-meter physical distancing when stopping over to have their meals at the respective areas.

“All facilities at the R&Rs and lay-bys such as public restrooms and surau are open 24-hours, while restaurants, stalls and mobile food trucks including convenience stores are operating from 6am to 10pm,” it said.

Additionally, PLUS said it is also using technology to help its business partners to take orders via pre-order function in the PLUS App which could be downloaded for free through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
