PROPERTY developer UEM Sunrise Bhd has launched a new Chinese New Year (CNY) campaign with benefits, rebates and lucky draws valued up to RM38,888 for homebuyers.
Its CMO Kenny Wong said despite the Movement Control Order (MCO), the company wanted to bring the festive cheer and CNY spirit to the public and its customers via the campaign’s rewards and digital content.
“With the success of last year’s ‘The Happy Chase’ campaign, UEM Sunrise remains motivated in giving everyone the opportunity to purchase their dream homes through simple and stress-free steps, whether they are young, new, matured or seasoned homebuyers,” he said in a statement yesterday.
Themed #MustCariOng, homebuyers will stand a chance to win prizes including a Thermomix TM6, an iPhone 12 or angpow rebates worth up to RM38,888 off the next UEM Sunrise home purchase in a lucky draw after signing the sales and purchase agreement (SPA) before March 31, 2021.
UEM Sunrise is also offering waivers on SPA and loan legal fees, as well as stamp duty waivers under the campaign on 18 projects in the central and southern regions, including Residensi Ava, Solaris Parq, Allevia and Kaia Heights.
Homebuyers of selected properties will receive free maintenance fees up to two years and 24 months of free TM unifi broadband subscription starting from the date of vacant possession.
The company is also collaborating with popular content creator and comedian Harvinth Skin who will be featured in a series of videos as a Feng Shui master, named Master See Beh Huat, to share his insights on how people can find prosperity (otherwise known as “ong”) in the coming year with property and interior design tips and tricks.
Goodies for the public will be made available via answering a series of CNY-themed questions at the “Huat Quiz” and 100 of the participants will stand to win RM10 Touch n’ Go e-pin vouchers.
To join in the event which ends on March 31, the public can log on to www.uemsunrise.com/must-cari-ong for the company’s virtual open house and participate in the quiz, while aspiring homeowners can use the opportunity to kickstart the process of owning a house while running for rewards.
The company’s virtual open house will also allow users to explore the featured properties that are offered during the campaign via the virtual 360-degree show unit tours, and users can also schedule follow-up appointments with the company’s sales representatives via video conference for detailed information.
