TRINITY Group has achieved 95% sales for its project Trinity Pentamont in Mont Kiara ahead of its completion in 2022 despite the dull economy and property market outlook.
The 41-storey freehold condominium built with a RM503 million gross development value (GDV), was launched in 2018.
Trinity Pentamont got its name from a portmanteau of “penthouse” and “Mont Kiara” and consists of 330 penthouse-styled units, where 90% of its units range from 2,057 sq ft to 4,115 sq ft.
To create a living experience reserved for penthouses residents, the condominium features liberating spaces and well-planned designs, Trinity noted in a release yesterday.
The unit prices are also tagged from RM650 per sq ft to enable buyers the opportunity to purchase a penthouse unit with so much built-up square footage at amazing value.
Trinity Pentamont is located along the enclave of Jalan Kiara 5 and will facilitate a dual entry and exit access via Jalan Kiara 5 and Jalan Kiara 3.
Residents will also have easy access to the PLUS Highway, Sprint Highway and the Jalan Duta- Sungai Buloh Highway.
The condominium is only within the immediate vicinity of international schools, food and beverage outlets, healthcare facilities and shopping centres, with many other conveniences located within a 3km radius.
