A LONG queue was seen at Permodalan Nasional Berhad’s headquarters in Jalan Tun Razak as people sought to withdraw their Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) dividend.

Strict SOPs were observed and implemented to ensure that the process is conducted seamlessly amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Last month, PNB announced a distribution payout of 4.25 sen per unit plus an “Ehsan” payment of 0.75 sen for the first 30,000 units for its flagship fixed-price unit trust fund Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2020 (FY20).

The ASB income distribution comprises 3.50 sen distribution, 0.75 sen of base bonus.

The Ehsan payment of 0.75 sen for the first 30,000 units is declared in conjunction with the 30th anniversary of ASB.
